Bad customer service

I went to the store at vermulen and van der walt, yes it was 15:57 and they were about to close. Had to buy my sons shoes and all of sudden we are shouted by a lady who tells us to come upas the shoes are downstairs, next thing the light went out. <br> I really thought to myself that this is just worse than anything and I have never seen this before. I was also from work and didnt intentionally come there at that time<br> The tone was unbearable as its now the second this has happened to me, being told to hurry up as they want to go home, at the tills the queues were still long and I didnt understand.<br> I understand we all want to go home but to be treated like this after you purchase is worse
