Bad Customer service

Pephome menlyn please install Customer service to your employees.I went in to pay my Dstv account and the experience i got is saying don't go back in there.instead of saying please hold on the system is still loading the lady gave me attitude and she was rude,instructing me like a 5 year old to hold on.With this kind of attitude you are going to lose customers
