Bad Customer Service

PEP Store 7219 White River Crossing has always had no customer service,you can stand in a queue 3-5 people with only 1 cashier. I once asked 1 of the nice cashiers why is there always 1 cashier assisting. Today 03 April 2025 I had an interaction with 1 cashier he name is Nokwanda. She had just finished assisting a customer but they continued talking about other things not paying attention I needed assistance to buy a phone. I then called her to get her attention,her demeanor wasn't friendly or welcoming. She asked me if I had my ID,I quickly went to fetch it. Her body language how she spoke to me like she's annoyed,I asked for a charger for another phone and asked do I have to get the new sim as well,she answered me rudely that yes it goes with a sim,u can throw it away if you don't want it. I then called her out on but how you speaking to me seems like you are getting irritated. She shouted loudly "How do I have an attitude just because I asked this and that of you,shouted for everyone to hear,telling her colleague,listen to her she's saying my face has an attitude,while laughing,customers at the back heard her. I asked her why are you shouting while I am letting you know ur body language,your face looks annoyed. She continued making noise laughing like I made everything up. Poor customer service in that store that I have ignored everytime. My manager at my store once reported them complaining of their service,they then became friendly towards her. These ladies are too comfortable to even care about customer service. She basically tried to embarrass me shouting that foe everyone to hear,nit caring how her service is poor,laughing at my face. I would like this to be addressed as I heard from my other colleagues share the same sentiment regarding their poor service at PEP,all they care about is chatting and making noise amongst themselves. This is not the first PEP with poor service. PEP does not pride themselves on customer service,serving with a smile.
