Bad customer service.

on the 16 January 2016, I went to pep store in Dunoon to get staff for my unborn baby. the was no customer service at all, I had to wait for 10minutes at the parcel counter, waiting for an assistant. I saw two ladies standing on the floor charting, when I approached them to ask for an assistant, one of them named Nosi was very rude. forcing me to stand at the parcel counter. cos she's not keeping parcels and if my bag is missing its none of her business, the tone she was using was rude. I ended up not buying anything, went home crying,so angry and empty handed. never felt so ill treated like that. Nosi is a rude employee and I hate pep store,don't even want my clothes friends,family and colleagues to shop there anymore.
