BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

It was the 18th May 2021 I went to the store looking for a baby carrier and I was carrying a very big Luggage and a baby from Gauteng. I found the carriers next to Cellular display and I found the old lady busy preparing stock there, she didn't greet me and ask if i need help because I was struggling to get what I want and she just look at me failing to help me. I open the plastic and start to put a baby inside so that I can take that plastic to the tills and pay it because I was very tired. The lady said to me 'HEY DONT OPEN THE PLASTiC' you are not allowed to do that, I feel very Offended.
