Bad customer service

So I went to pep store at kerk street In Johannesburg CBD to return a Paxi that has been registered for a return by the sender, the Manager gave me attitude telling me they do not return Paxi. So today I went to Lambton and they helped me with the same thing they could not help me with at kerk. The service there is so disgusting, that old woman needs to retire and stop giving customers a stinking attitude, and that consultant that works on the till Bayanda, both her a the Manager they do not have a good customer service.
