Bad customer service

I laybyed clothes somewhere around October. Today (05/12/2023) at 17:40 I went to pep centurion mall I then got assisted by Innocent her attitude was bad from the word go . I got there at and I stood up for about 40 minutes waiting to be assisted by Innocent and she was not even bothered that I was there waiting. She took her time went back to prepare herself to knock off . After 45 minutes I asked her if she's assisting me or not she then said the bus is leaving her without even apologizing for wasting my time. I know how customers should be treated ad I've attended few workshops what I've received today was very disappointing and disrespectful. 18:21 I got assisted by the other friendly cashier.
