Bad customer service

Went there 1st time using paxi I tell the teller terelo is my 1st time using it instead she gives me the bag and tell me to come back once I put the parcel at the bag. When I come back she tells me I sealed it wrong I needed to buy another bag as she told me my parcel will be ****** or lost Im so disappointed is her customer service instead of her apologizing no she is raising her voice instead.
