Bad customer service

Bad customer service. I went to pep home 17 December. There was a canvas that I want to buy only to find out that the canvas had no price tag. I went to to cashier I was told that they will look for a price. It. Will take. Them a day to request price. I was supposed to go Bach k to the store on the 18. So I went bavk on the 19 in the afternoon only to find out. That the canvas was put back on the shelf without a code or price to show that the price was requested. I took it again to the cashier where I was told that they forgot to to it. The lady took down my humber and promised to call me. Immediately they get the price from other store. I patiently waited until 29 December no phone call. I decided to call the store before I drove to the store. When I call the store I spoke to the lady by the name of Vidah when I explained the reason of my call she told mee that she is aware but they couldn't find the price from other stores. And. As a Custer I must just forgot about the item. There cannot help me. Because they received new stock there is nothing like it. So I told them I am going back to Pretoria 30 December. I was told I must just forget.
