BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pep store Thabong mall store number 6474 ,im extremely mad 😠 because of the bad service I've experienced, only two tills are working the waiting time is over 2 hours to get service .the staff is nonecilant with with their management who I've come to know is Emily they are just standing there not assisting I see them but why are only two tills working,the line is extremely long .im so disappointed.
