Bad customer service

Bought a Phone on the 8th from PeP Cell in Chris Hani only to find out the Charging cable and the Head is not good as one has to force the cable to the head,we went the following day (today) only to be treated badly as the lady took the cable and forcibly connected it and we we told her that over time id gonna be damaged she says we must never remove that cable ever from its head but we told her that eventually it's gonna be faulty ..she said no and all we wanted was just a new cable or change devices...
