Bad Customer Service

It is very disgusting that you have people stand in a queue for 20-30mins only to be assisted by one person and that one person is busy chitchatting with colleagues while you waiting

This PEP in golden acre the customer service here is on 0 and everyone of them is the same you ask for a manager and you will never get one because apparently there is no manager in the store

Either they hire new staff or they just close this PEP because they dont want to work
