Bad customer service

My name is Rethabile I bought a fone in December Niki c1 2nd edition the fone was was freezing it was blank I reported it they booked it for repair on the 12 of January it came back after 7 weeks, to my surprise the phone was still freezing when I go back to the store the manager was not helpful even today I don't know what is happening with the phone I don't have a phone at the moment, can you please help me.
