Bad customer service

A girl by the name of Zama from pep home in carletonville gave us bad client service we had to call the manager first for her to apologize after when my mom asked if she should have to call the manager first she said she "don't mind you can call her" with her voice so loud. It's disturbing for people to think they can make me feel otherwise about visiting a store I like spending my money on I'm soo disturbed.
