Bad customer service

Got to tembisa store on the 5th of October 2015 time to was 17:15..whiles we were still waiting on the lines some guy from group 4 came into the store..we were asked to homecoming wait outside as they were still busy doing their cash up...we waiting for their services and all of the sudden were told not to come back to the store..we called in the manager for assistance and he made us wait as he told us that he is coming back in to assist us...when we called in again he did not respond..when he finally responded he told us that he is not going to come out..we asked for his name he said Morris is enough for us to know..we waited for resolution,and the cashier who kicked us out told us that pep store retail hours is till 5:30 and we got kicked out from the store before that..Norah Mahlaku told us she doesn't care if she looses her job
