Bad customer service

Bad customer service, I’ve been using Pep Pexi for the past 4 months to courier my goods, I must say the service has been great ever since. The only time I had a problem was yesterday 23/07/2020 when I went to PEP at Tsakani Corner, The guy that was helping me Bheki was very rude to us as customers, he was demanding that we must give him the store number that we want to courier the goods to. We explain to him that we don’t know the store number but we have the name of the shop and I explained to him that it wasn’t my first time using this service and I’ve never been asked for the store number, he rep**** and told me that I’ve used this before yet I don’t even know the store number, just to avoid making noise and sounding rude I left the shop and had to go to Pep at Tsakani mall and do my transaction there.
