BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to Zevenwacht Mall , PEP HOME to exchange curtains and the curtains I wanted to take , had no sample hanging in the rail to see the texture. I asked the floor assistant - her name is AMBER and asked her if she can assist me to open the package as I just wanted to see the texture as there was no open sample , she told me straight in my face she can't do it. I want to report this lady attitude , I took the curtains to the cashier and she gladly opened the package for me, she literally told me that AMBER was just plain lazy.
