Bad customer service

I have a problem with pep store bloem plaza. Today I had a problem with one of their cashier I bought cell c airtime n the lady gave me data bundles so I took the slip and put in the airtime coz i had a difficult situation n was under lot of stress so I didn't notice it was data bundle only when I made a call that's when I realize it wasn't airtime n when I informed the cashier she had an attitude n a very bad one too n had the management had nothing to do with that....it's so sad nowadays that cashier seem like they not properly trained to deal with customers n have no s**** poor poooor poooooor on u pep store
