Bad customer service

I went to Quagga Centre at Pep and the service I got from the manager Therese is very poor.I mean she tells not to remove the price tickets from the items as if am an idiot I mean really!!I even had to pick a price ticket from the floor and took it inside the boots because it fell off n packed the boots other customers left at the floor.And she was so confident that I left the price tag at the floor..I can never visit this Pep ???? it is my 1st time visiting this branch n I got a *** Servise!!!!
