Bad CUSTOMER service

PEP in Park Station , the service is very poor , you stand on the queue to keep your parcels in the parcel count , even worse when you need to pay you stand more that 30 minutes waiting to pay. The staff is so relaxed and they don't even care . I am definately sure that if they were white people buying there the service would have been better . I will never again go and shop in that PEP . Please teach them Customer Service . They are not doing us a favour we are paying .
