Bad Customer Service !

Shopping with my mum this morning I was lured into the pep store at Scottsville in Pietermaritzburg. As I walked through the isle I noticed a marked down shelf, as I approached I noticed a pair of sneakers marked down for R14.99 I could not believe my eyes and said to my mum I have to take these as they marked down quite cheap. After my mum was done with her shopping we then headed to the cashier who then started scanning and noticed the sneakers are R90.00 and not R14.99 she then called the manager who is know as Sandiswa who then very rudely said to me in front of all the staff members, customers and my mum that she cannot give me the sneakers at that price ! I explained to her that the price on it is R14.99 and that's what I want it at, she then began to click her tongue at me mumbling to herself and then continued to tell me that she will not give me the sneakers at that price! I asked her to please stop shouting at me as I am in the legal profession and I know my rights as a customer! I then took a photo of the sneakers with the reduced price still on it before it was removed by the cashier!Sandiswa rep**** by telling me she does not care and walked off with the pair of sneakers in her hand and once again clicked her tongue at me! I proceeded to pay for my mum's items and thanked the cashier for her service and left. Sandiswa all you had to do was speak to me in a polite manner there was no need for your disrespect! I will not purchase at your store again and I will relay the message to everyone I come across as to the ethics that you conduct business at your store with! A very bad experience indeed!Customer service and Etiquette training a must at this store! One rotten potatoe gives the entire bag a bad name!
