Bad Customer service

Rude Beauty Judges behind tills Pep Home Centurion Mall - I went to shop in pep home on the 6th of October 2018, it was a Saturday around 4pm. I was shopping for bed linen, my husband handed me the bank card so I could make the payment and he went to wait by the door with our son, the two ladies on the tills heard me speak English and assumed I didn't understand Sotho, so the lady A who was serving me and lady B who was sitting on the till close to the door started to comment on how ugly I looked, how ugly my dress was, and lady A serving me went on to repeat what lady B said and she said she was going to replace me and take my husband and she feels so sorry for me cause she's going to replace me shame. This is by far the worst service I got ever, and I'll never buy there again, what these ladies don't understand is that they have their jobs because of people who support pep and buy there, I didn't realize the ladies in pep home centurion mall were there to judge a beauty contest and not do their job to ring products.. She's so pretty yet she's the one behind the till wishing she had my husband... Small minds
