Bad customer service

On the 13th of july 2018 i visited pep store westgate shopping centre , when i went to the till the cashiers never greet customers and they chat amongst themselves and when you as a customer greet her she takes her own time to greet back with a bad attitude i was really not happy with the service i got.. pep store Dobsonville mall is the worst in customer service when you ask the staff member the price of items on the shelf since most of their things dont have prices on them she will tell you the customer to go to the till and ask the cashier, can you believe it , that is why i dont like going to pep stores cause i am never sure if i get bad customer service because i am black or its because they give bad customer service in general.... please take your staff to customer service training.
