Bad customer service

I was just assisted by a lady name Nawaal. No customer service at all. I myself work with clients. And I know that is not customer service at all. Never want to be helped again by her. Doesn't greet, doesn't speak just puts the receipt down with a pen and says nothing. Being the person I am, I asked her what should I do? She gestures with her hand what I should do, still not speaking. And at the end she says thank you!! Really Nawaal? You could have done better.
