Bad Customer Service

Poor Poor service, i went to Pep Midrand @ Boulders last week Tuesday the 31 of October 2017 in the morning, there were two people helping customers at the till points , when it was my turn to pay i walked to the till point after a lady paid and the till person by the name of Thandi or Thandiwe stood up while i was standing there waiting for her to assist me, she did not even greet me or say anything to me, she just stood up and started to attend to a lady who was looking into buying a cellphone , the lady came to the store after me , i saw her while i was standing in the queue entering and approaching the cellphone stands, no explanation was given to me why she was leaving me standing there like a fool, i had to walk back to the queue and a venda speaking lady assisted me, Thandi or Thandiwe's behaviour was Rude and unprofessional.
