Bad customer service

I would like to write about pep stores that treat people like ****, the one im referring to is pep in eastrqnd mall the one opposite to capitec bank .

I bought headphone last month , same day i returned them back because they were faulty i was told i cannot not get a refund because of the box was ruined .

Complaint this to their website nothing was done.
