Bad customer service

Went into Pep store Lephalale again today and the service is really upsetting. I wanted to send a paxi and the cashier (Linda) who was helping me was moody and not really interested in helping me. I am saddened by this as I greated her and was friendly in a friendly requesting to do the paxi counter to counter. The bad attitude and I received at this Store at Lephalale Mall was so sad. They just demand the money while they see you taking it out so that you can pay. The other day another cashier by Sophie at the same store did the same thing. Helping customers with attitude whilst talking to their fellow colleagues about non related work gossip. As a person who worked as a customer service representative I am saddened by such behavior. May they be taught good customer service to all customers not some.
