Bad Customer service

I went into pep store as they opened the doors last week friday wanted to buy the throws they advertised on tv only to find only two items on shelf and another lady took them,I was beaten by the customer who walked before me and again same thing happened again today,I went to buy the slippers which they advitised on tv early as 9:05 there were only 2 pairs on the shelf size 10 nd 11..on a first day of special offer same thing happens on different occasion funny this time there were no customers in front of me,why bother advertise something when they are only going to send two items,its very discouraging to even to look at their pamphlet.I am so disappointed.
