Bad customer service

I went to the store waited on the queue as they were two ladies at the teller, after the lady that was done with pax instead of assisting me she went to go pack clothes as they always do instead of assisting the teller as I was waiting there longer she could have help then go do her things. When I got to the teller the other did not even great. They always have attitude, they are not friendly. I tried to call the number as I thought let me address the issue with the manager the number rings there is no answer. What kind of service is this. I’m so disappointed. I had to drive to greenstone for better service, I even have a company that mostly I use Paxi but the service is so poor.
