Bad customer service

<p>I was at the PEP STORE at Rustenburg amm om 14/12/2016 @ 13:00 .I bought few item when I get to the tills there was just one cashier (Elmom) assisting another lady..out of 45 tills.I asked Elmon where are the other cashier he did not respond to my question and I saw another pep staf member next to the tills busy on her phone and I asked her where are the other cashiers if they are on leave or lunch or lunch as we needed assistance,,she did not reply to me..I was so ****ed of cause the que was lon without assistance</p>
