Bad customer service

<p>On the 1st of Noveber i was treated badly by a pep staff member at Pep in Thokoza Khualo Street and wrote a review here. Got a business reply from PEP saying someone will call me shortly on te 2nd of November. I really hope this is not how the entire company services its customer because till today i am still waiting to be called by a consultant.</p> <p>I am dissatisfied by how this has been dealt with and the fact that the cashier might be continuing treating customers unfairly if not reprimande.</p>
