Bad customer service

<p>The cashier @ pep Sibongile,said she's doing me a favour by accepting my dstv payment. I told her someone asked me to pay for them and she said she will not make me pay if I don't know how much I should pay,she then requested another customer to pay while I was standing right there said she's doing me a favour by taking payment and I don't even know how much I'm paying. After all the trouble I have her reference number and the system showed her the amount.I don't get what favour she's doing while it's her job. Why does PEP allow us to pay DSTV if it's FAVOUR to customers. customer abuse has been tolerated too much by people and I'm sick of it. I was not there to ask for something but mainly DSTV! </p>
