Bad customer service ?

I went to PEP store at Nkomo village Atteridgeville, I asked for an exchange and my original slip back, Pertunia had a fit, she raised her voice and shouted at me, while I was telling her, I'm not paying for a copy of a receipt, Zane, I don't k ow if he is the store manager or what, tried to intervene but he wasn't really helpful, you know now I believe when they say our brothers and sisters are bad when they hold positions, the service I experienced today, is a shame to PEPs brand.. One customer also asked to buy a phone, they scream to customers, they don't respond well, it's like a ****a shop there, that store needs people who know what they want, who can offer best customer service irrespective of the stores location..
