Bad customer service

Hi,

I was just in your pep cell store in Parow. I havent been in the store for 2 years after the very rude manager and the bad service they offer. Today i walked in and did a lay buy for 2 phones. At first i did not want to as i wont support this store but had to as they the only store that has the phones.

I went in they didnt even greet me. I stood in the store for 5 mins as i knew what i wanted but these 2 ladies finished their conversation first. I did not get there names but 1 qas colored and the other an african with very long nails. I did the lay buy and asked about the portable wifi routers and if they are compatible with the rain sim card.

They colored girls just looked at me and walked away and the african girl just said no!! I asked if i can change the apn setting she just said No!!

I asked what is compatible with the rain sim card she said Hauwei. I asked if they have in stock all i got from both of them is no!!

I asked then if they can check at the pep cell in belhar airport mall, the colored who walked away at the beginning shouted we cannot check or phone them they not in our area.

Im a area manager for tekkie town and do understand customer service and i know we need to make the customer happy, but all the staff in this store is not good with customer service. They are rude and do not have a way of talking to a customer. I feel that i need to cancel my lay buy as i do not want to do business with you.

I urge you to do something as i can see im not the only person complaining about this store
