Bad Customer service

I was t Pep Store in Barkly West in the Northern Cape, We were about 5 standing in the queue.the cashiers were busy having conversations with each other, after 20 mins i went to complain and they still did it up until i requested to speak to the Manager and they sent a lady who is a supposedly a second in charge. She just said she will talk to them and she is sorry,.the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction and i am so dissapointed with the level of customer service there
