Bad customer experience

I was humiliated by the cashier and the manager at PEP store Theunissen where they shouted at me in front of the customer. I went there to withdraw money not knowing they will require my ID book and they refused to use my husband ID saying it's not allowed. The manager didn't even care to explain to me why I Can't use my husband ID book after standing on a long queue. The cashier was rude as well as the store manager
