Bad customer experience at PEP Mams Square

The incident is not directed to Pep stores but the security company at their store. Today 30 April 2024 I went to Pep store in Mams Square. A few minutes later I entered the store I was approched by a security guard wearing Peopletec Protection Services uniform. He walked up to me and rudely asked what was in my bag as if I came into the store to *****. I didn't appreciate his manner of approach hence I told him it's none of his business what was in my bag. I told him to rephare his question if he wanted me to put my bag at the parcel counter. He started to raise his voice and told me to put my bag at the parcel counter of which I refused. He was laughing at me as if I'm crazy. This guard doesn't even deserve a one star rating. He judged and undermined me because other customers were not asked what was in their bag. He should stand at the door and ask each and every customer entering the store with a bag what was inside thier bag. I find this behaviour condescending and unacceptable. I'm not a *****. I'm a customer who wanted to do their shopping in peace. Peopletec Protection Services as much as they have a service to provide to PEP as their client they need to train their guards to TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT.
