BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AT PEP CELL PHOKENG MALL

Hi all on the 16th of may 2018 i went to pep cell in phokeng mall in Rustenburg the service is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS POOR i was the 3rd on que buying airtym and while on que the male cashier busy helping an old man just turned his back on him and said " wow chomi ka nnete..meaning is it true" continue said "hai no friemd i dont know but Lucky's Pub is boring on fridays" WHILE THE OLD MEN IS THERE IN FRONT AND ME ON 3RD AND OTHER CUSTOMERS BEHIND..I stormed out angry and shouted at the guy said" seriously are you guys going to discuss your personal stuff infront of us?Yhem some lady she was talking to came from the small office walking towards the entrance she saw a guy and said..." Nico!Nico! Eish I'm bored this just cause a scene for nothing nx! " those were here words and other customers also commented on how they were both rude to us all in que.

Thank u ..I was called and asked for proof of purchase.. unfortunately i threw it away... i bought R10 MTN airtime cash with R200 note between 12:00 & 12:30pm... I further advise to check the records please

I'm will not take this lighly to be called "This" by a PEP employee at PHOKENG MALL Not that I'm hsve issues with them or that I'm a customer I'm always right but this is unprofessional..And to turn a back on a customer while helping them and discuss personal weekend stuff ...nooo.I will make make a radio interview and also arrange Tv interview about this if i don't get a response... I'm not overreacting on this it's a promise.
