Bad customer care at Pep store next to Shoprite

On the 31/08/24 at 11:00 I received I ver rude, unprofessional attitude from a teller at Pep store In Alexandra mall next to Shoprite . Instead of explaining to me that the voucher on offer at their store starts at R50 she had to shout at me in front of everyone at the store. The worst part is they don’t have their name tags on. I was so embarrassed and never felt so disrespected as a customer. Pep should educate their staff in customer care.
