Bad costumer service

I just had the most horrible service from PEP which is located at Impendle 3227. The cashier gave me the most horrid treatment because when she was typing in my address i spelt for her LOT. She then spoke about me to her colleagues whilst i was present in the shop. Her name is Samke.
