Bad client service

The Lady at the door rudely asked us to leave our hand bags at the parcel counter, how, then when we get to the counter, we waited for 10min, while the ladies stood by the office door, it's poor client service,as we were not supposed to have been asked to leave our bags in the first place, because it's where we keep money.
