Bad client service

On the 21st Nov22 i went to PEPCELL at wonderpark to send Paxi package to Bethlehem, the cashier claimed that they don't have a PEPCell in Bethlehem. On the 23rd Nov after I Googled and find that they do have PEPCELL in Bethlehem!! the store was still closed at around 09:20 am.Poor &bad client services from Juiia.
