Bad cashier attitude

The attitude of the Pep store cashier at Pep Seshego circle centre is extremely arrogant and appalling. On the 28 of November I bought certain items at Pep mall of the north, the next day when I tried to return one of the items that I had bought at Pep Seshego circle centre which is my nearest store since I reside in seshego, I was helped by an extremely rude cashier named Khopotjo. I told her I wanted to return one of the items and I would like a copy of the receipt for incase I want to return/ exchange something in the future, she arrogantly answered that she can’t give me the receipt or the copy because I did not buy at Pep store Seshego circle centre, when I asked what will then happen should I want to return/exchange another item she told me unfortunately that won’t be possible. She kept shouting at me in front of the customers and refused to call the manager upon request. She aggressively told me that she does not own a photocopy machine and said I should go make my own copy outside the store and come back and that time I am heavily pregnant. I had to stand in a very long queue to get to the till only to be given a very bad attitude. I had to stand there for approximately an hour and a half while she sat, folded her arms and told me that she doesn’t mind closing the store with me there. She then called another cashier( Grace) who aggressively told me the same thing and refused to make a copy for me. I stood there as pregnant as I am while other customers watched me being arrogantly dismissed by the cashier. She even had the nerve to use vulgar with me by telling me ‘ga nye copy machine’, which translates to she doesn’t ‘****’ a copy machine. I am highly disappointed in the stuff from Pep Seshego circle centre and I would like this issue to be addressed as the store is running without a manager, hence there is never a solution to the issues addressed.
