Bad Business Practice

This is now the second or third time I have to deal with this HORSE MANURE at the FORT BEAUFORT Branch of PEP Stores. I want to Purchase a Cell Phone ONLY, and then I am told by the sales individual at the counter that I must produce an ID, reason being that the Cell Phone needs a SIM and therefore I need to produce an ID. Even after explaining that I only want a Cell Phone, she is still adamant that I need to produce an ID. "I AM NOT BUYING A CELL SIM CARD, BUT A CELL PHONE ONLY". I have purchased numerous cell phones at other stores e.g. Takealot & other in Stores, and was NEVER required to produce an ID. The public need to know how PEP Stores operates.
