BAD BEHAVIOUR FROM PEP STAFF & MANAGER - PEP Thorn Tree

Visited PEP store in Thorn Tree (Soshanguve). Never in my life did I experience such a lack of order. While we stood in a line waiting for the store to open, the manager and staff having a meeting on the store floor after opening time. I then went to communicate with the centre manager - who then call the PEP store manager. The PEP store manager said they were having a meeting (during operating times - thus my time?) After they decided to open, the PEP store manager then told staff that a customer had complained to the centre manager - and they had a laugh about that. When I mentioned that I was the one that laid a complaint - the teller felt the need to tell me off, the audacity. And the PEP store manager didn't even reprimand the whole situation
