Bad behaviour

I feel disrespected by the security guard at Pep Kerk street in Jhb Cbd, Zakhele as a security disrespect customers he undermines people, he search people by looks, on Friday 15/11/2024 he requested me to hand him my handbag so he can search me, 3 people with bags passed without searching them, but felt the need to search me, further as I was standing waiting for a female guard to search my hand bag he told me with an attitude that I'll wait longer since Pep doesn't have female guards, he went on screaming calling everyone every lady at Pep to come search me, while standing there he didn't search anyone besides asking for receipts, so my question is do security guards search because you look like a shoplifter or the have to search each customer walking out of the Pep premises, and also I'm a regular at Pep I've been noticing his behaviour together with one pep staff (a light skinned guy) they don't reprimand each other but they feel the need to disrespect people
