BAD BAD service from the Store manager.

I Purchased two pair of shoes for graduation at PEP Eastgate for my daughter on Sunday 1st of December they were too big, today I went to return them at Jabulani mall at PEP. When I told them I would like to return these shoes the store Manager told me if them don't have the same stock that means they can't except them but first I must run around the shop to check if they have the same type of a shoe if not they that's bad luck for me I have to go back to east gate were i bought them or I must go to south gate. That time I'm on a sick leave so the was not service from the manger and told me they can't accept anything they don't sell. The name of the Manager is Kgomotso shame to you.
