Bad. Bad service from Pep

I deposited money on this company on the 08/08/2019, then when the money was supposed to be withdrawn on the 09/08/2019 at Tsomo branch at Eastern Cape they said the money was already been withdrawn .I ask the call centre how they could help me,I'm still going around this Cape town on their branches they still not helping me ,I phoned customer care where I thought they will help but still no help .I phoned the head office still no reply . I need my money now and it is disgusting all of this. Pep don't care at all my money is missing but the keep on telling about me they can't help,what is that??? I have been the customer for years ,my mother still needs to go to the doctor as she is sick.I want that 400 back now. B.jaca Contact ***
