BAD BAD SERVICE

Such a BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD service I received at Pep home Brits...firstly I went to Pep Cell Brits taxi rank, I was told I can buy a phone without proof of residence but I won't get a sim card because it has to be Rica'd.. Fine I went to the Pep home and I was told a different story that I need POR.. They said if I have the Pep card it's fine, I gave them the card then BOOM I can't be assisted. Now they are sending me from pillar to post, they are telling me that I have to go back to PEP Cell. Is it how Pep operates?? Sending them from pillar to post?? Are you not 1 Pep??? M sooo disgusted.. Please assist as I need that phone URGENTLY
