Bad bad service

I had a horrible experience at pep cell pretoria bloed mall.i wanted to send someone money through pep and i was told its declining kept asking why its declining they told me its my id i asked them what is wrong with it and the person who was assisting me seems to be new he kept on going to the back to ask some staff members who were at the back dont know doing what think they were having tea instead of coming to the front and attend me.they kept sending the guy to tell me my id has a problm and the guy told me they are saying i must go to homeaffairs because i changed my surname and o askes the guy what must i go di at home affairs he said he doesnt know so whts ****ing me off is that the whole staff was at the back having tea and sending some guy to give me answers and he doesnt know anything so i could not get help because of my surname change and they could not even tell me what to do bad bad service they dont value their jobs at all
